The GR8C is a non-profit science organization creating and developing standards, protocols, and open source projects for the global real esate community and the general public. The GR8C educates the public and community of its work by publishing documentation, giving talks, and hosting workshops at conferences.

Corey Leong, dotReal Evangelist Corey is the Executive Director of the Global Real Estate And Technology Consortium (GR8C). He was the first to conceptualize an "open" multiple listing system for everyone and maintainer of Remetal, a real estate xml vocabulary. Corey is also working on a semantic vocabulary called RealDF and a research project called RealWeb.
